Complete monthly examples: Base ERP plus every optional module is R1,050 with Jobs & Job Cards, or R1,100 with Project Manager, Jobs & Job Cards. The two work packages replace one another and are never charged together. Employee seats and limit increases are additional only when selected.

Created-per-month allowances
A creation uses the allowance once. Deleting that record later does not return the used allowance. During an active multi-month prepaid term, the allowance resets at the start of each monthly usage window; unused allowance does not roll over.
Currently-stored limits
These measure how many eligible records exist now. A permitted permanent deletion can free a stored-record space. Updates do not consume another space.
Controlled independently
The business can select increases only for the activities it expects to use. Module-specific increases are available only with the related active module, and server-enforced maximums still apply.
Prices are stated per prepaid month in South African rand. At customer launch, owners will be able to choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months for the base plan. Add-ons, seats and capacity may use an eligible shorter term or match the exact remaining base-plan period, but can never extend beyond the base expiry. The future checkout will show all products, dates, calculations and the total payable before confirmation. Nothing renews or charges automatically. Access will activate only after NuVation verifies a cleared payment through PayFast. Registration and checkout are not currently available.
