Service, delivery and currency

Current launch status: During the closed production preview, registration, checkout and payment are unavailable and NuVation does not accept customer ERP orders.

NuVation supplies access to online business-administration and bookkeeping software. Delivery is electronic through the authenticated NuVation application after PayFast authoritatively confirms cleared payment. No physical goods are shipped as part of the ERP subscription. Prices are displayed and charged in South African rand (ZAR). NuVation is not VAT registered and does not add VAT or an undisclosed administration or payment-processing surcharge to the advertised subscription price.

A pending, failed, reversed, cancelled or unverified payment does not activate paid access. Once cleared payment is verified, the exact purchased entitlement is ordinarily made available within 15 minutes. If it is not available, the customer should contact NuVation so the order can be investigated. Unless a different period is expressly agreed, NuVation will render the purchased service within 30 days after receiving the order or provide the refund required by applicable law if it cannot do so.

All access is prepaid and non-recurring. The base plan is purchased for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and ends automatically on the displayed expiry date. Add-ons, seats and capacity may be selected for 1, 3 or 6 months, or for the exact remaining time through Match main plan, but can never extend beyond the base-plan expiry. Additions do not offer a separate 12-month option. An active base plan cannot be extended, renewed early or stacked; a new base term can be purchased only after expiry. NuVation does not charge automatically.

Payment security

Checkout redirects or communicates with PayFast using encrypted HTTPS connections. Complete payment-card credentials are entered into and handled by PayFast rather than stored by NuVation. NuVation activates access only after it receives and successfully verifies PayFast's authoritative cleared-payment notification. Customers must never send card credentials, passwords or one-time codes through email, contact forms or support messages.

After verified payment, the customer receives or can access an electronic record identifying NuVation, the website, order and payment references, transaction date, ZAR amount, purchased products and quantities, access periods and expiry dates. The record can be printed or saved electronically and remains available through the account or on verified request for at least five years after the transaction, unless a longer period is required for a dispute or by law.

Policies, cooling-off rights and transaction records

Checkout presents the description, quantity, monthly reference price, selected duration, start and expiry dates, partial-period calculation where applicable, included allowances, complete amount payable now, automatic-expiry terms, cancellation/refund summary and affirmative acceptance before payment. The customer can review, correct or withdraw the order before completing payment. The policies remain accessible on the website and can be stored or reproduced with the browser's print or save function. Please review:

Checkout asks the customer to request immediate digital activation and consent to performance beginning after verified payment. Where section 42(2)(d) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies because performance began with that consent before the seven-day period ended, the section 44 cooling-off right does not apply. If that exception does not apply, an eligible consumer may cancel an electronic service transaction within seven days after the agreement was concluded, without reason or penalty, and a payment already made must be refunded within 30 days after cancellation. Other non-excludable rights remain unaffected.

Complaints may be sent to info@nuvationbusiness.co.za. Consumer matters may also be taken to the National Consumer Commission or another regulator, ombud, tribunal or court with jurisdiction. Privacy and access-to-information complaints may be taken to the Information Regulator. NuVation does not require a customer to surrender a statutory complaint or court right.

Separate project services

Separately quoted design, website, marketing, administration or other project work is not included in the prepaid ERP price. Each project requires a separate written quotation or agreement stating its scope, full price, payment method, delivery arrangements, intellectual-property position, cancellation and refund terms. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
