Generous limits are included. The base plan starts with 2,000 customers, suppliers and inventory records; 2,000 invoices and 2,000 quotes per paid month; 5,000 payment records and 5,000 manual bookkeeping entries per paid month; and 1,000 supplier orders per paid month. Each optional operational module includes its own allowance. Need more of only one activity? Select a separate monthly allowance increase without changing every other limit. Prepaid only: choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months for the base plan. Add-ons, seats and capacity may use an eligible shorter period or Match main plan for the exact remaining time, but never extend beyond the base expiry. Nothing renews or charges automatically.
