Business owners manage their own organisation. Employees, administrators and delivery drivers wait for an invitation. Drivers receive only their assigned delivery list after joining; see the Driver Access Terms v1.0. Professional is a self-selected account type: NuVation does not verify identity, qualifications, registration, authority, or trustworthiness. Professionals receive read-only access only after accepting a business invitation.

The Processing Terms are required only when creating a business-owner account; employees, drivers and Professionals cannot accept them for a business they do not control. Paid products are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Provider identity and contact information appear in the Supplier Information. Creating an account does not itself collect payment.
